1. Purpose & Good Faith

epstein.locker is a public-interest search tool hosted in good faith with the sole purpose of increasing accessibility to the publicly released Epstein Files. These documents were made available by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and are a matter of public record. This service exists to make searching and browsing those records easier for journalists, researchers, and members of the public.

2. Source of Content

All documents served through epstein.locker are sourced directly from the U.S. Department of Justice and are delivered to you as-is, without modification. epstein.locker does not author, alter, redact, or otherwise control the content of any document. We act solely as a search interface and pass-through. The content, accuracy, and completeness of all files are entirely the responsibility of the originating source.

3. No Endorsement or Affiliation

None of the content within these files represents the views, opinions, or positions of epstein.locker, its operators, or any affiliated parties. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Justice or any government agency. We are an independent tool providing search access to publicly available records.

4. Presumption of Innocence

All individuals referenced in these documents are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Inclusion of any person's name or details within these files does not indicate, imply, or suggest criminal guilt, wrongdoing, or liability of any kind. These documents contain allegations, testimony, and legal proceedings — they are not verdicts.

5. Protection of Victims

By using this service, you agree that if you encounter any individual within these documents who appears to be a victim, you will:

  • Not publicize, share, or distribute their identifying information
  • Not attempt to contact, identify, or harass that person in any way
  • Use the built-in Report function to flag the content so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, requested through the official channels to be removed or obscured

We take the protection of victims seriously. Any misuse of victim information discovered through this service may result in access being restricted.

6. Reader Discretion

These documents may contain graphic descriptions, disturbing content, and sensitive personal information. Reader discretion is strongly advised. Use of this service is entirely at your own risk.

7. Responsible Use of Government Infrastructure

epstein.locker has been designed with multiple layers of caching — including client-side, edge, and server-side caching — to ensure minimal load on the host database and the Department of Justice's servers. We take care to be responsible consumers of publicly hosted data and make every effort to avoid placing undue burden on government infrastructure.

8. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the documents or search functionality. Service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, epstein.locker and its operators shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the use of this service or the content of the documents accessed through it. You use this service at your own risk and discretion.

10. Contact & Complaints

If you have any concerns, complaints, or requests regarding this service or the content accessible through it, please contact us. We are committed to assessing all concerns promptly and in good faith.

By using epstein.locker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
